Construction :
metal flexible hoses device 100% with wall single, carried out by hydraulic process starting from a tube, longitudinally welded.

Profile :
Hoses with wave parallèles.(profil omega)

Material :
Tin-bronze CuSn4

Braiding :
Stainless steel wire or clear bronze wire

Connections :
Threaded supports, connections, ends.

Dimension :
DN 20 - DN 100

Pressures :
70 bars maximum

the pressures which appear in the table depend on the nominal diameter, the temperature, the number of braids etc.

Amplitude of temperature :
- 196° +250°

Applications :

Distribution of the vapor, water, the air, gas etc... Intended for the sound-proofing and the damping of vibrations in the installations of cooling. Flexible connection elements in the systems of central heating. Shim elements in the event of misalignment of rigid tubes (drains), etc.

The allowed pressure operating maximum at the temperatures, higher than the ambient temperature, is calculated according to the following formula:

Example:

For pipes with only one braid, with diameter DN 50, intended for the distribution of fluids with stable flow, operative at the temperature of 150°C and in the absence of vibrations, the allowed pressure operating maximum is calculated as follows:

Prt = 25 X 0.8 = 20 bars

During the ordering, please quote : the type of pipes, the diameter nominal (LN), operating pressure, distributed fluid, the type, size and the material of the connections.

Foot-note :
The operating pressures and the masses of the pipes appearing in the table refer to the pipes braided with stainless steel wire.
